Here is the Spring Apparel Store that closes on April 15th at midnight. This is a new type of store for BSN. Once you place your order it goes right into production and then ships directly to you within 5-7 days. The sooner you place your order the faster you will have your items. Yesterday we had our very first Sports Nutrition Advisory Committee Meeting. Our team, with some funding help from the Nebraska Department of Education (NDE),is working to provide some healthy snack options for our athletes before and after practice. Eating healthy gives our athletes a better opportunity to perform at their peak level. We wanted to share some guidelines of healthy eating at different stages of working out that were provided by the NDE. If this is something you'd like to be a part of please let me (Mr Marquez) know.

And the BEST picture and BIGGEST smile of the week of parachute goes to Karder. What you don't see in this picture is all of his 6th grade classmates who held the parachute high for him to have fun right along with them.

The Elm Creek band took some students to Ansley for the FKC Music Contest. We had students perform solos, duets, and small ensembles. Every instrumentalist earned an Excellent or Superior rating. Huge congratulations to all of the students who performed!!
